Orlando Country conferences, meetings and seminars are all priced on a ‘per person’ basis rather than venue/room hire and are available to include the following:

Tea + coffee on arrival, morning / afternoon teas, lunch and standard room set-up.
Boardroom, banquet, u-shape and theatre style seating are standard options with alternatives available at extra cost.
We have AV, projectors, screens, mics, sound systems etc all available to hire, please see below.

Please note:
We have a minimum spend requirement of $1000 +gst per full day package or $600 +gst per 1⁄2 day .

From set up to presentation time, Orlando Country can help organise and facilitate your auction, seminar or AGM, with a large spacious functions room ideal for staging, extra projector screens, presenter panels and sound system booths.

Conferences.

Orlando Country host many conferences during the week in our private functions rooms. The main functions room black sliding doors sections you off from the rest of the building adding privacy. Or the pavilion offers exclusive use for up to 20 guests. With different full day and half day options we can help you organise a conference or corporate event that suits your business and itinerary.

Full day conference - 8 hours

Half Day Conference either side of noon - max 4 hours.

Either break out for a working lunch or sit down to a set Orlando café menu.

Please note regarding dietary requirements.

Orlando Country are more than happy to accomodate any dietary requirements, 
please let us know what these are 10 days prior to your event to ensure our chefs are able to prepare and order produce.
There will be an additional charge for large alterations to menus as these are priced as a set menu,
any additional dietary requirements on the evening will be charged for on the final invoice.

Note: prices are subject to change without notice due to produce price increase menus are subject to change w/ seasons & availability.
You may also wish to visit our extras menu for additional dishes.

Working Lunch.

This style of menu is perfect for a casual break out lunch, head outside onto the veranda with a plate and your choice of lunch from the working lunch table, and hit some golf balls, catch up on other work or socialise.

The below menu items are an example of the type of food to be served for a working lunch.

Toasted English muffins topped with buttered baby spinach, bacon potato rostis, Local Food free range poached eggs and hollandaise sauce       

Farmers Breakfast Burger   G    DF
Angus Pure beef pattie in a brioche bun with American cheddar, Orlando burger sauce, fresh baby spinach, potato rosti, middle bacon, Local Food free range fried egg, tomato relish and hollandaise sauce. Served with hash sticks and aioli    

Sushi Bowl with Falafel Bites  G      VG       V       D
Brown rice with broccolini, carrot, edamame, avocado and pickled ginger. Topped with a soy and ginger dressing, nori and siracha mayo

Roast Beetroot and Chicken Salad      G      VG       V       D
Balsamic glazed roasted beetroot with orange segments, chilli and herb free range chicken, feta whip, candied walnuts, organic quinoa, fresh salad leaves and an orange vinaigrette

Peri Peri Chicken Burger   G  D
A marinated grilled chicken thigh in a brioche bun with lettuce, pineapple salsa, jalapeños, gherkins and mayonnaise. Served with hash sticks and aioli

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, nuts, dairy and glutens as they are prepared and stored in this kitchen; this includes delivered packaged goods. Informing our staff of your food allergen or celiac disease is extremely important in trying to meet dietary requirements in the safest possible way.

We are more than happy to accommodate your dietary requirements but they will not be met without prior notice.
The above menu is included in the price of a full day conference package
