Canapé Evenings.

Suitable for 50 - 250 people
A pass-a-round style event where you are not seated for dinner. Bar leaners, and seating are available, with the option to have a slideshow or presentation / speeches and a band to dance during your event. This style event is perfect for client entertainment evenings, family birthdays or any semi formal 2 - 5 hour gathering.

Specialising in large awards evenings, Orlando Country offers an ideal events room that can be transformed into any style of function. Sit down dinners are a wonderful option for awards evenings also, offering a social and entertaining evening.

Venue Hire

All evening functions are subject to a venue hire charge priced from $300 to $600 depending on the style of event and number of guests attending.

Below is a range of menus to choose from, these are all specifically designed with many event styles in mind.
Dietary requirements are able to be met with prior acknowledgment.

Decide on a date and enquire.

If you have a specific date that you are wishing to hold your event then get in touch with Orlando Country to see if their is availability.
We will respond with a similar date if your requested one is unavailable.
With peak seasons and dates booking up quickly each year, enquiring early is key.

Orlando Country are more than happy to accomodate any dietary requirements, 
please let us know what these are prior to your event to ensure our chefs are able to prepare and order produce.
There will be an additional charge for large alterations to menus as these are priced as a set menu,
any additional dietary requirement meals on the evening will be charged for on the final invoice.

Individually plated and served semi set style to guests

Main

(Served ‘semi-set’ style, the beef is plated, & individually served to your guests, with chicken tenderloins and salad served on platters to the table)
Medium rare premium beef eye fillet, served on creamy potato mash, roasted baby carrots,
pea puree & a rosemary jus

Marinated chicken tenderloins served with a sundried tomato, spinach and parmesan sauce
&
Leafy salad greens, kumara crisps & balsamic dressing

Hot smoked New Zealand King salmon w/ a pea & mint puree and an orange & fennel salad
or
Pork Belly roulade, caramelized apple, cauliflower puree, pickled apple slaw, crispy crackling

Main

(Served ‘semi-set’ style, the beef is plated, & individually served to your guests with the choice of either the salmon or the rack of lamb to be served on platters to your table for guests to sample)

Medium rare premium beef eye fillet, served with dauphinoise potatoes, cauliflower and bechamel croquette, spiced carrot puree, seasonal greens & a rosemary jus.

Oven baked south island salmon fillet served with a lemon and chive butter

Premium New Zealand rack of lamb topped w/ mint pesto
