A three course dinner menu, designed for Christmas, with a first course of breads passed to guests on the veranda during drinks and driving range.
Veranda access and your very own bay area for your business or group with set golf mat/s.
Unlimited driving range balls to hit from the range along with free golf club hire.
Access to the ‘Orlando Christmas Driving Range Competition’ - winner of your group gets to hit the Orange Ball with the chance to win a prize!
Dance music and lights from 9.30pm until 10.15pm with a 10.30pm departure.
Tea and filter coffee will be available and served after your main.
Refreshments are not included but can be tabbed on consumption, or cash bar available.
Driving Range.
Loads of golf balls, ensuring everyone can give it a go and is part of the ‘Orlando Christmas Driving Range Competition’ - because everyone loves a challenge!
Go head to head with your colleagues in the orange ball driving range competition with Orlando staff hosting. Casual driving range is also there for everyone to have a hit without the added pressure of competing.
3 Course Dinner.
Breads, main, dessert & tea / coffee will all be served on the evening. Your business will be fully hosted and looked after with Orlando chefs creating a festive Christmas dinner for every guest.
How The Evening Works.
5:30pm arrival
Welcome to your Orlando Country Christmas Event! On arrival guests are welcome to order a drink from the bar then head out onto the veranda to mingle and hit some golf balls! You have unlimited golf balls to hit off - so your entire group can have a turn on the range. First course breads are passed to guests soon after arrival and we will also run the Orlando range competition for all guests, with the winner up for a prize and we invite your competition winner to take their orange ball shot!
7.00pm
All guests will be invited inside for the remaining two dinner courses themed with a hint of Christmas, beginning with main followed by dessert and tea & coffee to finish.
9.00pm
Guests are welcome to head back out onto the range with a tea/coffee or a drink.
9.30pm
The lights go low and the music turns up! We will make sure 'The Gambler' and 'Wagon Wheel' are on repeat!
10.15pm conclusion
Your Christmas event comes to an end and all guests depart Orlando Country by 10.30pm. (please have transport arranged for your guests departure no later than 10.30pm).

Breads
(Our staff will serve a selection of breads to your guests during activities and drinks on the veranda)
A selection of garlic and herb bread topped with parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella
Main
(Served individually plated ‘semi-set’ style)
Medium rare premium beef eye fillet, served on creamy potato mash with a spiced carrot puree and rosemary infused jus.
Served with herb oil and a yorkshire pudding with bearnaise sauce
also served to your table:
Pork belly roulade with apple sauce and crispy crackling
Fresh salad greens topped with kumara crisps and served with a lemon vinaigrette
Dessert
(guests can choose from the following on the day)
Traditional pavlova, served with whipped cream, kiwifruit, strawberries and a passionfruit lemon sauce
Sticky date pudding, served with butterscotch sauce, brandy snap wafer and whipped cream
Please Note.
Regarding dietary requirements:
Orlando Country are more than happy to accomodate any allergy and dietary requirements,
please let us know what these are prior to your event to ensure our chefs are able to prepare and order produce.
There will be an additional charge for large alterations to menus as these are priced as a set menu,
any additional dietary requirement meals if available on the evening will be charged for on the final invoice. Dietary meals that guests wish to alter from the standard menu on the night will also be charged at full price on the final invoice.
Produce price:
Please note prices are subject to change without notice due to produce price increase and menus are subject to change w/ seasons & availability. However, we will do our best to avoid this by altering produce.
Christmas Event Terms & FAQ’s

We don’t offer transport, but do have contacts that will ensure the safe departure of your guests, so please contact us in advance should you require this.

Not sorry we do not accept split payments on the day for your group, although if pre-organised, we can issue separate invoices for combined groups. All payments are paid in full prior to your event and any outstanding bar tabs, additions on the day to be paid by your group prior to departure.

No food or alcohol is to be brought onto any area of the property without the express permission of management. This includes anywhere within the entire property owned by the Orlando Country & includes all access ways, carpark’s & the golf course - (In order to protect our license, your group will be requested to leave the property if this does occur).

An invoice can be issued to existing clients of Orlando Country Club & new clients are more than welcome to contact us to set up an account you may pay by credit card (1.9% credit card fee)
