A four course dinner menu, designed for Christmas, including first course canapés on the veranda during drinks and driving range.
Veranda access and your very own bay area for your business or group with set golf mat/s.
Unlimited driving range balls to hit from the range along with free golf club hire for the duration of your event (excludes while you are seated during dinner).
Access to the ‘Orlando Christmas Driving Range Competition’ - the winner of your group gets to hit the Orange Ball with the chance to win a prize!
Music turned up and party lights on from 9.30pm until 10.15pm with a 10.30pm departure.
Lawn games available to your group (weather dependant) including croquet, corn hole and giant jenga.
Tea and filter coffee will be available and served after your main.
Refreshments are not included but can be tabbed to your account on consumption, or cash bar is available.

Loads of golf balls, ensuring everyone can give it a go and be part of the ‘Orlando Christmas Driving Range Competition’ - because everyone loves a challenge!
Go head to head with your colleagues in the orange golf ball competition with Orlando staff hosting. Or you can just casually hit balls without the added pressure of competing.
4 Course Dinner.
Canapés, entree, main, dessert & tea / coffee will all be served on the evening.
Your guests will be fully hosted and looked after with Orlando chefs creating a dream Christmas dinner for every guest.

How The Evening Works.
5:30pm arrival
Welcome to your Orlando Country Christmas Event! On arrival guests are welcome to order a drink from the bar then head out onto the veranda to mingle and hit some golf balls! You have unlimited balls to hit off - so your entire group can have a turn on the range and all have a chance to enter the competition for the ‘orange ball’.
First course canapés are served soon after arrival and we will also run the Orlando range competition for all guests, with the winner up for a prize and we invite your competition winner to take their orange ball shot!
7.00pm
All guests will be invited inside for the remaining three dinner courses themed with a hint of Christmas, beginning with an Orlando entrée followed by main, dessert and tea & coffee and Christmas treat to finish.
9.00pm
Guests are welcome to head back out onto the veranda and range with a tea/coffee or drink.
9.30pm
The lights go low and the music turns up! We will make sure 'The Gambler' and 'Wagon Wheel' are on repeat!
10.15pm conclusion
Your Christmas event comes to an end and all guests depart Orlando Country by 10.30pm. (please have transport arranged for your guests departure no later than 10.30pm).

Canapés
(Our staff will serve a selection of the following canapés to your guests during activities and drinks on the veranda)
Manuka smoked salmon croquette with a lemon tartare
Grilled prawns cooked in chilli, ginger and lime GF DF
Dainty meatballs with a smokey barbecue sauce DF
Corn fritters served with chilli jam and avocado VG
Rare beef crostini's, served with mustard cream cheese and a caramelised onion relish
Entrée
(Served individually plated to each guest)
Slow cooked lamb shoulder served with a pea puree, minted sour cream and pickled shallots
Main
(Served individually plated ‘semi-set’ style)
Medium rare premium beef eye fillet, served on creamy potato mash with a spiced carrot puree and rosemary infused jus
Served with herb oil and a yorkshire pudding with bearnaise sauce
also served to the table:
Baked NZ South Island salmon with a whipped dill and lemon cream fraiche, finished with cranberries, almonds and pomegranate seeds GF
Pork belly roulade with crispy crackling and a caramelised apple sauce GF DF
Honey roasted baby carrots with pickled red onions and dukkah GF DF
Roast beetroot salad with quinoa, feta, orange, baby spinach and candied walnuts VG

Whittikers 50% chocolate torte served with chocolate soil and freeze dried raspberries

Please Note.
Regarding dietary requirements:
Orlando Country are more than happy to accomodate any allergy and dietary requirements,
please let us know what these are prior to your event to ensure our chefs are able to prepare and order produce.
There will be an additional charge for large alterations to menus as these are priced as a set menu,
any additional dietary requirement meals if available on the evening will be charged for on the final invoice. Dietary meals that guests wish to alter from the standard menu on the night will also be charged at full price on the final invoice.

Please note prices are subject to change without notice due to produce price increase and menus are subject to change w/ seasons & availability. However, we will do our best to avoid this by altering produce.
Christmas Event Terms & FAQ’s

No food or alcohol is to be brought onto any area of the property without the express permission of management. This includes anywhere within the entire property owned by the Orlando Country Club & includes all access ways, carparks & the golf course, as this puts Orlando Country in direct breach of our food and liquor licence due to un-managed consumption by guests resulting in a loss of licence. Pre-arranged exceptions are sometimes allowed for, provided we are able to prove an acceptable level of management within our licence conditions.

All menus are pre-set, but do allow for special dietary requirements to be catered for, so please let us know in advance if any of your guests require this.

Yes, most groups run bar tabs - please let us know in advance & we can set this up for you.

Not at all, if one of the options happens to suit, then we would be more than happy to accept your booking, although do note that we do not split payments on the day with single payment required.
