Client Hosting Canapé Event 2023

$58.50 + gst per person

Perfect for your end of year client entertaining and networking event where you are fully hosted to entertain your clients or special guests.

  • 2 hour event Sunday to Wednesday evenings throughout Nov & Dec with hourly extension enquiries available to suit your event at $15 + gst per person / hour.

  • Minimum 100 guests needed to host a canapé event.

  • Room layout cocktail style with leaners, barrels and stools, along with a microphone available for speeches.

  • An assortment of canapés on the veranda during drinks and driving range.

  • Veranda access and your very own bay area for your business or group with set golf mat/s.

  • Unlimited driving range balls to hit from the range along with free golf club hire.

  • Your business is welcome to bring signage to display on the veranda and in your driving range bay area.


    Refreshments are     not included but can be tabbed on consumption, or cash bar available.

Driving Range.

Unlimited golf balls, ensuring everyone can give it a go! Something to break the ice with your clients and offering an activity while you socialise and network.
This is something that everyone can have a go at and with unlimited balls for the duration of your event its the perfect way to keep your guests entertained.

Pass-a-Round Canapés.

An assortment of canapés will be passed to guests throughout the duration of your event. Orlando staff will pass canapés out on the veranda and range. Time extensions available via pre booking only.

How the evening works.

Your event pricing will include all of the following:

  • Guests arrival from 5.30pm - we will be there to help greet your guests

  • Canapés served to guests by Orlando staff

  • Room layout cocktail style with leaners, barrels and stools, along with a microphone available for speeches.

    • If you require any additional equipment (projector, tv, sound system etc) please see our equipment hire page for more options.

  • Unlimited driving range balls and clubs are supplied by Orlando Country with no charge for your range bays

    • Refreshments can be either tabbed on consumption or via cash bar

    • Extended events - please enquire for further options

Orlando Client Hosting Canapé Events are based on a 2 hr event, with full group extensions available in 60 minute increments at a set rate of $15 + gst per person per hour (must be pre booked) based on booked in guest total.

Special dietary requirements catered to directly, but we must be notified prior to your event please

Itinerary.

5:30pm arrival
Welcome to your Orlando Country Client Hosting Canapé Event! On arrival guests are welcomed by Orlando staff and offered to order a drink from the bar then head out onto the veranda to mingle and hit some golf balls! You have unlimited balls to hit off - so all of your clients can have a turn on the range.
During this time canapés are served by Orlando Staff who will walk different options intermittently throughout the event.

6.45pm
All guests are invited inside for the evenings formalities / speeches where you can thank your clients. Any additional AV equipment to be prior organised.
 
7.10pm
Guests are welcome to head back out onto the veranda and range for the remainder of the event. 

7.30pm conclusion
Your Client Hosting Canapé event comes to an end and all guests depart Orlando Country by 7.30pm. (please have transport arranged for your guests departure no later than 7.30pm).

 Christmas Event Terms & FAQ’s

  • Not sorry we do not accept split payments only single payments for your group. This can be either on the day or we would issue a single invoice after your event.

  • Yes, most groups run bar tabs - please let us know in advance & we can set this up for you.

  • We don’t offer transport, but do have contacts that will ensure the safe departure of your guests, so please contact us in advance should you require this.

  • An invoice can be issued to existing clients of Orlando Country Club & new clients are more than welcome to contact us to set up an account you may pay by credit card (1.9% credit card fee).
